Northern Chad offensive → 2021 Northern Chad offensive – Per WP:RECENTISM: it seems that this title was chosen just because it was appearing in the news at the time. There have been other offensives in northern Chad within the Insurgency in Northern Chad. Also had offensives in other wars that happened in the past, so the current title is ambiguous.
So I think the title should be changed to "2021 Northern Chad offensive" as in French Wikipedia.--Fontaine347 (talk) 13:12, 14 August 2021 (UTC) — Relisting. — Shibbolethink (♔ ♕) 14:38, 22 August 2021 (UTC)

- Support, per nom. This seems a reasonable addition to what is effectively a WP:NDESC title rather than a WP:COMMONNAME anyway. —Brigade Piron (talk) 14:55, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
- Support, far from the only offensive in northern Chad, there were several during Chadian–Libyan conflict.--Chuka Chieftalk 15:36, 22 August 2021 (UTC)
- Support, given the descriptive title and the existence of previous offensives. BilledMammal (talk) 04:26, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
- So the current title should become a DAB otherwise its probably not necessary. Crouch, Swale (talk) 09:28, 23 August 2021 (UTC)
