The Communist Party of Vietnam was created in 1976, if you really want to stretch it one can call the Workers' Party of North Vietnam the "Communist Party of Vietnam" but it didn't exist during the 1930's, while its predecessor groups did participate in this uprising it would be hard for Communist Party of Vietnam to participate since it didn't exist yet. --Donald Trung (talk) 07:36, 17 August 2021 (UTC)Reply
