  • Support per nomination and per WP:CONSISTENT. The standard form for Wikipedia main title headers is indeed "National Stadium (City or Country)". —Roman Spinner (talkcontribs) 08:18, 17 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose. We usually use comma disambiguation for building articles in Commonwealth countries, not parenthetical disambiguation. There is no standard form and claiming there is is, I'm afraid, just plain wrong. -- Necrothesp (talk) 23:10, 18 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose. For WP:CONSISTENT to be relevant, there would need to be a consistent standard among articles of this type and from Talk:Olympic Stadium (Amsterdam)#Requested move 10 December 2020 it's clear there is not. I would suggest an RfC before any more moves of this type are proposed. Stevie fae Scotland (talk) 12:53, 19 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose its in Karachi not a Karachi. Crouch, Swale (talk) 10:17, 21 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose Parentheses are generally used for describing the type of stadium as far as I've seen (cricket, football etc.), while the commas are giving the location of the stadium so it makes sense to keep it with the comma. Wakemeup38 (talk) 02:03, 22 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • Oppose for lots of places we list with a common rather than (), so it's not at all helping consistency to change this. And this current way is mostly consistent for places in Commonwealth countries- seems to be mostly US places that uses (). Joseph2302 (talk) 16:06, 22 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

National Bank Cricket ArenaNational Stadium, Karachi – Moved to current title without any discussion. Please revert it to long established title per WP:COMMON. We don't have to use commericial names as our page title. 103.7.60.89 (talk) 07:19, 27 December 2022 (UTC)Reply
