Michael Quatro Biography Information

Keyboard Legend/ Singer/ Songwriter/ Producer/ Olympic athlete.

• Michael began playing his first symphony at age 7 and at age 14 in Hollywood appeared on ABC TV network for 1 year (18 minutes of prime time).

• Then for 7 years ran nationwide booking/ production/ management/ that helped promote and launch & develop Ted Nugent, Bob Seger, Alice Cooper, Suzie Quatro, George Clinton (Parliament Funkadelic) MC-5, /Iggy Pop, Stooges, Dick Wagner (Frost), Frigid Pink & many others. He promoted 250 concerts in 4 states, including “69” Rolling stones & First ever The Documentary “Midsummer Nites Rock” Cincinnati June 1970 (Live on TV in 30 countries). The next day he sold all the companies & took 3 weeks to compose his First album and debuted it on July 4, 1970 at the John Lennon Peace Festival near Toronto, Canada to 400,000 plus fans from 1970 to 1984.

• Released 7 rock classical albums (1970 to 1984) worldwide in 120 countries on major labels. (United Artists/Motown/EMI Capitol/Logenne Symphonette/Roulette/Polygram/Overseas) which sold millions of albums & charted in the top 100 and 8 singles (4 charted, see radio notes).

• Performed live in concert approximately 190 concerts per year with all reviews & exposure on all media including 28 major pop festivals.

• Has the highest Senior Olympic Athlete, 49 medals in Badminton/ Singles & Doubles/ & 7 in Ice Hockey (One of the USA Teams) including a Bronze world medal (Lake Placid, NY) 2000 & Hockey North America Cup.

• Does Like Mozart or Eric Clapton first draft music. After 25 years of label mergers and going out of business deals the "Michael Quatro" Seven master albums are found 1972 - 1984. Digitally Remastered and made available on one "Greatest Hits" collection for air play and retail. You have not programmed any of these "Hits" because it was unavailable to all radio and media. There was no CD, servicing or collection made for 25 years, as the original labels merged, went out of business or vanished.

Michael Quatro's "Greatest Hits" is now issued to all radio, broadcast media, internet and retail on July 6, 2009. In the United States, Canada and then to the other 100 countries that originally released them. Originally aired extensively Worldwide from 1972 to 1984 each cut has it's own history of sales, air play, media buzz, supporting concerts, and mainstream as well as cult following.

Michael Quatro, the godfather of classical progressive rock and writer of one of the raps greatest hits (January 1976 "The Stripper") referred to as "Funk Rock". Each hit digitally remastered and edited for radio with original superstars "Ted Nugent, Bobby Womack, Flo & Eddie, Tim Bogart and Rick Derringer". Your permanent programming copies will be provided for the next 10 years and the long album cuts upon request. Here is a description of each "Hit" as well as original on air information. In general cuts all cuts were aired from 1972 to 1984 by all FM, and a large variety of others formats.

Note: This collection will hit retail internet and all media on July 6, 2009. Quatro will be touring with the full band about 70 - 100 dates per year for the foreseeable future.
