Role at Guantanamo

edit

Have added the beginnings of info about his role while commanding Guantanamo. The story deserves to be told in more detail, but I don't have the time. Anyone want to add? Also, this is the first time I've tried to insert a reference, so the formatting may not be as it should be. All and sundry feel free to improve! UrsusMaximus (talk) 13:25, 11 March 2009 (UTC)Reply
