Notability

I've left the 'refimprove' tag on the article, but the question is really about this person's suitability for a Wikipedia article. Firstly, there's barely any biographical information about him to justify an article. Secondly there is barely any evidence of reviews/coverage about his books to prove he is a notable author. The Library Association award seems a minor one. Maybe there are offline sources available somewhere from the 1990's? Sionk (talk) 12:24, 22 July 2012 (UTC)Reply
