Howdy, I'll be your reviewer for this session. My style is to typically bring issues up in sections, (Lead, Gameplay, Development, etc) below the posted GA criteria. Once an overall issue is taken care of I will strike it out of my comments below and mark the issue with a green check in the criteria. Feel free to address issues as I find them, I will let you know when I am finished with a first full check on the article.

editGeneral
- The image File:Double Dash.jpg should be updated with Template:Non-free use rationale. See File:X-Men Legends screenshot.jpg for a quick example. It also needs a caption that doesn't describe what the screenshot is doing, per WP:CAPTION. See X-Men Legends for an example
*Reference #13, http://cube.ign.com/objects/616/616358.html should be formatted using Template:Cite web
- Please wikilink IGN in the reference: Alfonso, Andrew. "Mario Kart: Double Dash!! Guide – Basics". IGN. Retrieved 2009-01-09.
- The reference Leeper, Justin; McNamara, Andy. "Mario Kart: Double Dash!! review". Game Informer. Retrieved 2008-02-14. is dead. Please replace it. You can just cite the issue of the magazine in paper form
- It should be GameRankings, all one word.
Lead
- Mario Kart DS, Mario Kart Wii, and Mario Kart 3DS should be wikilinked
Gameplay
- "Players can also steal items from the opponents. The powerslide technique has been improved; if the player manages to get blue sparks, a mini-turbo is performed." --expand on this a bit. What's a mini-turbo?
- "As in previous installments, the battle arenas are enclosed, with varying architecture and a constant arsenal." -- "and a combat arsenal" is confusing. What does that mean?
Development
- "Double Dash‼ was first shown at the E3 in 2001 as a seven seconds long video clip." -- should be "second" (singular)
- Unlink Scott Burns
- The whole of the special edition should be converted to prose. Instead of mentioning every game in the list, either mention there were videos & demos generically, or only list 1-2 examples.
Reception
- "The game placed 63rd in Official Nintendo Magazine's 100 greatest Nintendo games of all time." -- should be moved to the first paragraph. It doesn't fit with the criticism found in the third paragraph
Well, I'm done looking over the article. Well done. There's not much that needs to be done. Please reply here when things have been updated. I'll give the obligatory one week for improvements to be made before making a pass/fail decision. --Teancum (talk) 01:22, 21 August 2010 (UTC)
- I've fixed reference 12 (which used to be reference 13). —MC10 (T•C•GB•L) 03:13, 24 August 2010 (UTC)
Unfortunately I'm going to have to fail' this article due to inactivity. --Teancum (talk) 19:04, 30 August 2010 (UTC)
