The name

edit

The name is usually written, including in the author name of his books, as Masti Venkatesha Iyengar. I propose the article be renamed. Imc (talk) 12:15, 25 December 2009 (UTC)Reply

Masthi Venkatesha IyengarMasti Venkatesha Iyengar — The name is written in various ways, with common variations including Maasti, Venkatesh, Ayengar. The current spelling Masthi is one of the less common. His books are mostly published under Masti Venkatesha Iyengar [1]. This spelling also corresponds to the simplified IAST proposed at Wikipedia:Naming_conventions_(Indic). Imc (talk) 07:51, 31 December 2009 (UTC)Reply
