I view this band to be notable for inclusion in an encyclopedia because it has had it's work released by EMI, played on national television and radio, had it's music licensed on major tv networks such as Sky, and is one of the best known live acts in Ireland. There are thousands of bands of lesser credential on wikipedia.

I removed the speedy tag because the band meets WP:BAND #1 and #10. The article therefore does not qualify for speedy deletion. 152.16.16.75 (talk) 11:09, 9 January 2010 (UTC)Reply
