editI think this page should be kept, there is no sense in deleting information, just perhaps put a disclaimer that the information may be biased. Jack Malice 19:18, 28 February 2007 (UTC)
Lets keep it, i agree there is no point in deleting it. It just needs to be cleaned up and added; somebody with more info and less bias needs to get on this.

Please show a reputable source regarding this rumor that he is either married/engaged to this person. To continue to add this without discussion and concensus first will be considered vandalism. Graveenib 17:21, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
Below is a conversation between ZachPG and SignOfTheTimes on their respective talk pages regarding this subject.
Please justify your removal of the {{Fact}} tag on Little Jimmy Urine. ZachPG 01:51, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- I represent the parties this article is about and was asked to add the information by said parties therefore verifying it, no citation being needed.
- On the contrary. Wikipedia's policies clearly state here that a citation is needed regardless of whatever exemptions you believe you are entitled to, not to mention that nobody is really going to be truly inclined to believe you represent James Euringer based solely on your word. You'll need to be backing that up, too. In the meantime, I'm restoring the tag. ZachPG 22:16, 30 April 2007 (UTC)
- This is INFACT that party, so I don't know how else to prove it, many other things mentioned in the article are unprovable, but they remain to be uncited. This is infact as much fact as me wearing a jacket or what not. Look at any recent picture it says engaged on the knuckles and look at the belt it says "Chantal" that is good enough proof.
- Further policy for you to consider more specific to this situation can be found here. Reasonable doubt that the content was provided by the subject exists, and the content cannot be regarded as fact until that doubt is removed. ZachPG 22:18, 30 April 2007 (UTC)

those are all confirmed from us, both the parties represented. how about you write an email to the james euringer email account located on the msi page and the morningwood band email address and when they are both confirmed it will be enough for you to stop harrassing the page? Thanks.
- You still fail to establish yourself as a representative of either party. Whether or not any of those pages are usable as legitimate citations is beyond me, but it's up to the editor to present proof of his or her content, not the users. It's not up to me as a reader or anybody to write e-mails to people and come asking for links to citations. You should find somebody more experienced and find out if those are legitimate sources and add them to the page. Please remember to sign your posts on talk pages with four "~"'s. ZachPG 03:17, 3 May 2007 (UTC)
- Call MSI's management and they will confirm, there is no PRESS article to state this as fact as of yet, as MSI are not doing press at the moment, or do what I suggested.

Whatever YOU need to do to get in touch witht he band for comfirmation you do, because it is as much fact as anything else listed in the profile. Or go ahead and listen to it being stated by both parties here http://eastvillageradio.com/modules.php?name=evrshow&showid=35, that is 10000% proof for ya. enjoy.
- In that case, you need to add it as a citation. Like I said before, it doesn't fall on the user to provide proof, it falls on the editor. ZachPG 18:39, 4 May 2007 (UTC)
Graveenib 17:39, 31 May 2007 (UTC)
Please note: The responsibility is yours to CITE...YOUR...REPUTABLE...SOURCES. Just saying that you speak for both parties isn't enough, (and if you do, then you present a conflict of interest on these pages). If you do speak for them, then send a press release to CNN or Rolling Stone and then post it with the reputable source cited. I'm sorry, but forum posts from one person (likely you) and bloggy audio clips aren't reputable sources and your edits will be removed per WP:VERIFY and WP:BLP.Gravee 18:08, 1 June 2007 (UTC)
- SignOfTheTimes, this has been going on for too long over something really simple. Your edit is in violation of WP:CITE, and if you believe that your sources are truly credible, it falls on you to write the citation. If you don't know how, WP:CITE explains it. If you need further help on how to properly write a citation, feel free to ask for it. You have to understand that the only person the community is going to see as harrassing or vandalizing a page is the one who consistently adds uncited material in what's turning into a small and drawn out edit war. For the moment, I'm going to leave it there with a {{Fact}} tag. If you don't remove the statement or put a citation in within a week, I'm removing the statement altogether, and if you continue to make edits to this or any other page without consulting and conforming to Wikipedia's policies, I'm going to ask an admin for assistance, because your constant refusal to play by the rules is highly counterproductive here. ZachPG 13:29, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
- BTW, All I'm asking is for the source to be cited. Use <ref> tags so that it is properly cited. For information on this, see WP:CITET. It would also help if the specific audio file where they discuss this pointed out, as well as how long into it, as there are about 10 hours of audio on the page mentioned by SignOfTheTimes on the talk pages. Thanks. Gravee 17:17, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
- Here's what I'll do for you. Tonight I will listen to all 10 hours of audio (which I do believe to be legit) and when I find it, I will write a citation for it FOR YOU since you are obviously too lazy to do so yourself. I will bow to the whim of the vandal and do the research and citing for him/her. Again, it's not that I don't believe it, it just needs to be CITED. Cite cite cite. If we didn't have to worry about citing sources, the Chuck Norris page would be filled with "Chuck Norris Facts." I'm a huge fan of MSI and that's why I want to IMPROVE this page. I was against deletion in the first place, and it was nominated due to UNCITED information. If James really cares that this information stay, then he'll concede to having the information CITED so that his wikipedia page is not nom'd for deletion again. Gravee 17:56, 4 June 2007 (UTC)
- This has been properly cited, and I take this for fact. Gravee 03:05, 5 June 2007 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:Jimmy Urine.jpg
editImage:Jimmy Urine.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.
Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.
If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images lacking such an explanation can be deleted one week after being tagged, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
Referenced in Gorillaz?
editI just realized that there is a character in the Gorillaz fake backstories by the name of Little Jimmy Manson. Seeing as how Jamie Hewlett did album art for FGWSSS, it's not a far leap to assume this is a reference to Urine (and possibly Marilyn Manson). I don't want to add it until I can come up with a source, but haven't had any luck. Anyone else who can find anything on it, good luck! —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.178.107.133 (talk) 12:05, 10 June 2008 (UTC)
reason
editI mean, his wife, much less notable than him clearly, has her own Wiki page so it just seems wrong like the well known Mr. Urine doesn't have one. Please help me expand it, I don't know what to talk about but obviously there is plenty I am just lazy right now. Nex Carnifex (talk) 01:45, 20 June 2011 (UTC)

Sexuality
editThe LBGT and Bisexual musicians categories have been added to this page lately. However, the only thing online I can find with regards to Jimmy supposedly being bisexual is this interview:
- "I have a dick and it gets hard then that's good. I walk down the street and if I see a girl and my dick gets hard that's good and if I see a boy that's good too and same with seeing a chicken. If my dick gets hard and I want to fuck it then that's good. People like to attach labels to themselves, straight, gay, S&M, it's just so simple. It doesn't matter what you do whether its horrible or mainstream or boring, you know what turns you on. So why the big brouhaha?"
- Jimmy Urine of Mindless Self Indulgence on his sexuality, SuicideGirls Interview
This doesn't read like he's stating he's a bisexual. In fact, it reads like he's saying applying labels like that to people is silly, in his typically sarcastic/satirical fashion. If we were to take the statement at face value, he'd also be saying he's also into bestiality, which I doubt is the case. I don't think this one quote is enough to really support including him in the Bisexual or LGBT musicians categories. As far as I can find online, he's only ever dated women and any "gay" activity was strictly a part of the concerts as part of his stage persona. Lynchenberg (talk) 19:44, 15 August 2019 (UTC)
No such categories have been added to the article recently. In fact, other than the fact that he fathered twins and the recent sexual battery lawsuit, nothing of his sexuality or sexual preference is even mentioned in the article. NJZombie (talk) 21:01, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
- Look at the date this was written, August 2019, exactly two years ago. At the time people kept adding bisexual musicians to his categories based on this quote. I posted this to discuss but no one picked up on it, so I just removed the categories and no one added them again. I assumed was a joke at the time, though in hindsight, I think was probably serious and justifying not only bestiality but also pedophilia.Lynchenberg (talk) 03:40, 20 August 2021 (UTC)
Sexual Assault Allegations
editHave their been any reports that may indicate that they are trying to frame Jimmy with these allegations based upon his autism, as a means of conflating autism with predatory behavior? I have not found any myself so I cannot add this to the article, but I wonder if anyone else has, as I think it would be a valuable addition if it can be sourced. Lynchenberg (talk) 07:16, 19 August 2021 (UTC)
- The only person mentioning autism being possibly connected to predatory behavior or pedophiles, especially when it comes to this lawsuit, is you via this talk page and your edit summaries which consistently mention it even when it doesn’t relate to the changes you’ve made. NJZombie (talk) 00:48, 21 August 2021 (UTC)
Excluded information from lawsuit
editThere are a couple things that seem deliberately excluded from being cited from the sexual assault lawsuit's initial complaint. I think they are important to the overall seriousness of the complaint.
It's alleged that on the first night of the plaintiff meeting Jimmy, they both decided to go for a walk together and happened to bump into the filming of the iconic daft punk music video "da funk" (I believe, the one with the dog man anyway). Where they both appeared as extras in the video.
It's also important to qualify that it was the plaintiffs 16th birthday that he allegedly sent the birthday card on, and that is explicitly mentioned.
I don't know much about how to do stuff on Wikipedia correctly citation wise, but there is a video on YouTube by some south American Eduardo? guy who goes through and reads the complaint and these are specific points that aren't mentioned or at least celebrated very much, probably because it makes the rest of the complaint sound a bit 'fantastic'.
Other wikis' Jimmy articles have been defaced like this (and worse) already.. there is a very consistent narrative... Whereas the case hasn't made it to trial and it's been over a year, the most recent activity has been waiting 5 months to hear back whether it is going to be thrown out or not. 121.99.226.213 (talk) 15:43, 5 September 2022 (UTC)
