"Live sub counts" are not accurate and rely mostly on estimations. For the purposes of this article MrBeast will have overtaken T-Series when either his official sub count shown on his channel is higher than T-Series or when an official source confirms it. Jbvann05 19:50, 31 May 2024 (UTC)

Since MrBeast did not break T-Series's subscriber record for 24 hours, he does not get mentioned in the most subscribed timeline until around 6 PM PST, which is when he definitively passed T-Series in subscribers with 267 million.

MrBeast 1st or 2nd of June 2024 issue

So because of YouTube sub abbreviations it seems that is the reason the 2nd of June is being used as the date that MrBeast became number 1 but we all know this was done on June 1st. Is there a way someone can reach out to someone at YouTube and provide the exact subscriber numbers that T-Series had at the time as I feel this is an important date to have accurate on the Wikipedia page and the fact that it is one day off is not ideal. Listing MrBeast as a brand channel

I believe MrBeast should be listed as a brand channel. However, I have noticed other editors disagree so I'm putting this on the talk page for discussion. I think he should be listed as a brand channel because he runs his own company to manage his channel, but I welcome opinions from other editors. ImTheAvidPheasant (talk) 15:40, 9 June 2024 (UTC)

What is a 'brand channel' and how do we define it? I assumed it was an individual personality (i.e. not a company), but looking at the list I see that we say 'Toys and Colours' and 'ZAMZAM ELECTRONICS TRADING' are not brand channels, but other channels like 'ChuChu TV Nursery Rhymes & Kids Songs' are. ❧ LunaEatsTuna (talk), making typograhpical erors sinse 2017 – posted at 21:18, 9 June 2024 (UTC)
