- There is a clear consensus to merge the two articles. Armbrust The Homunculus 22:23, 31 December 2019 (UTC)
List of surface features of Mars imaged by Spirit and List of surface features of Mars imaged by Opportunity → List of surface features of Mars visited by Spirit and Opportunity – it would probably make more sense to have these two otherwise short articles consolidated into one, and renamed "visited by" rather than "imaged by", as the purpose of these missions obviously weren't to just take pictures of things. WikiProject Astronomy and WikiProject Spaceflight have been notified of this discussion through their respective talk pages. – PhilipTerryGraham (talk · articles · reviews) 05:33, 28 November 2019 (UTC)
- Merge - Although they were twins at different locations, both were at Mars under the same program. Also, each list is short so merging them makes sense. Rowan Forest (talk) 18:29, 28 November 2019 (UTC)
- Separate they were in two different places, so merging will be confusing. Graeme Bartlett (talk) 03:55, 29 November 2019 (UTC)
- @Graeme Bartlett: But they're locations visited by the same Mars Exploration Rovers mission, and both articles are practically stubs that would be better consolidated into a list-icle about all locations visited by the Mars Exploration Rovers. Not sure why we'd need two stub lists for something that absolutely can be a single list. – PhilipTerryGraham (talk · articles · reviews) 10:24, 29 November 2019 (UTC)
- Merge There were under same program. Both article are not too big that they should be separated. Brown Chocolate (talk) 04:33, 1 December 2019 (UTC)
- Merge because the two rovers are part of the MEV program. --Soumyabrata (talk • subpages) 14:38, 1 December 2019 (UTC)
