Currently the ordering of this list by reverse date order does not make much sense to me - is there a policy on such lists? If not i am proposing to reorder the list in descending date order in order to highlight more recent and relevant judgements Ajbpearce (talk) 14:31, 11 December 2009 (UTC)
"Cases were determined not by the House of Lords itself, but by its Judicial Committee". Am I right in thinking that it's only since 1876 that this distinction was consistently made? If so, this sentence may be misleading, as some of the cases listed are from pre-1876. 86.186.42.1 (talk) 21:15, 8 November 2016 (UTC)
