Major retailers
editThere has been information constantly added to the article which is factually incorrect. In the context of the template and Sub-project, a major retailer is defined as one within a centre, or on lands controlled by the major lessor/owner of the centre. In the context of this location, neither Dominos, Chicken Treat, Red Rooster, or Dominos Pizza reside on lands controlled or leased by the centre owner, thus reside clearly outside the defns for this section of the article. Additions of this information will be reverted on sight and users accordingly warned for WP:V breaches. thewinchester 12:47, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
- Wikipedia is not a shopping directory nor is it a retail guide. Information about tenants and retail locations can be found on the official website noted in the 'External links' section. (Ajf773 (talk) 11:01, 30 May 2016 (UTC))
"Air rights"
editI have edited to clarify the reference to air rights. In this context "air rights" refers merely to the form of land ownership. The requirement that access to the train station be maintained is a council-imposed condition on proposed development. The implication that they are related is incorrect. --Chewy m 12:46, 14 May 2007 (UTC)
MAJOR cleanup needed
editThis article needs some serious work to bring it up to wikipedia's standards and to the present day! When I first encountered this article a few minutes ago it had HUGE problems such as sections being stuck in early 2008 and a whole section that was beyond rescue due to hugely biased content!
