Hrithik Roshan had gained a lot weight prior to Krrish 3, due to a TV programme, a big film and his back and knee injury. With the help of Kris Gethin and Jag Chima, fitness experts from United Kingdom, Hrithik transformed his body in less than 10 weeks.[1] Hrithik's training split consisted of a lot of cardio, cross-fit, along with the weight training, which helped him in his athletic condition and perform most of his stunts on his own.
