I'm quite confused about what this article is. I don't understand how this is something that should belong on Wikipedia. I believe it should be merged into another article or deleted, as this is an overly specific and frankly, not entirely relevant topic that warrants its own article. We don't create articles on Korean laundrymats after all. In addition, a vast amount of the sources only speak of nail salon workers in general, and only the Korean sources do talk about Korean nail salon workers. Korea isn't the only country in the world, and I do not see a very good reason for this article to exist.
