India's National Action Plan for Climate Change (NAPCC)National Action Plan for Climate Change – The page uses unnecessary disambiguation that appears like a blog post title to me. It has previously been created as a redirect to the National Mission for Enhanced Efficiency by another editor, which should also be merged with the article in question since National Mission for Enhanced Efficiency is a part of NAPCC (please see WP:NOT). As far as i can understand, the author has created unnecessary dab because of an existing redirect. Almost, every reliable source indicates NAPCC, meaning the article be renamed to the National Action Plan on Climate Change. TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 17:42, 11 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

Merger proposal

edit

I propose to merge National Mission for Enhanced Efficiency into India's National Action Plan for Climate Change (NAPCC). National Mission for Enhanced Efficiency is a part of NAPCC (please see WP:NOT). TheBirdsShedTears (talk) 17:59, 11 December 2020 (UTC)Reply

  • support...that one is a component of this umbrella scheme.Heba Aisha (talk) 08:26, 13 December 2020 (UTC)Reply
  • oppose...Neither a 'component' not a 'part' of NAPCC. Every section of the NAPCC article pertain to different ministries and it is just an inter-ministerial working group chaired by the PM. All the missions have separate budgetary allocations and together they are bigger than the defense budget of India. Nevertheless, the article in question has to be cleaned up, expanded and integrated into the rest of wikipedia. Tharun S Yadla (talk) 09:59, 12 March 2021 (UTC)Reply
Closing with no merge, give the uncontested objection and no consensus for a merge with a stale discussion. Klbrain (talk) 09:28, 4 January 2022 (UTC)Reply
