Don't try to accommodate Dab limits in SIAs!

   Dab pages often require exiling, to the "See also" section, links that would be useful to users who might land on the dab page even tho they aren't after an article that could bear as title the word that the Dab page is disambiguating. SIA's are not Dabs, even tho the two have some common characteristics. An SIA is an article, and is not confined to a list structure (even tho a list is usually the main meat of an SIA. E.g., explanatory prose is likely to be a good thing.
   In this case, the "exiled" material can do its job better as prose.
