- Appart from lacking references, the article is a bit 'fuzzy' the author does not mention that with x=1/z the series:
is just a Zeta transform , which can be reversed to get the integral:

I think the inclusion of the Ford CIrcles diagram is a pure distraction
editThere's a link to Ford Circles in the article text, where the (nice) diagram can be viewed. But it is of little direct relevance to the meat of the circle method.
