Proposed title change

I think French protectorate of Cambodia would be a better title. Would anyone oppose this ? Jean-Jacques Georges (talk) 11:25, 24 March 2010 (UTC)Reply

I'm not sure that the infobox's end date is entirely appropriate, either. The French protectorate continued until 1953, actually (with a short interruption in 1945). The monarchy was not abolished, Cambodia was simply included within French Indochina, which federated various territories with different status.
