Freeze the Atlantic are an active and relevant band in the current UK rock scene and have been covered by other mainstream music publications such as NME, Rock Sound, XFM and Absolute Punk, but are also directly associated to other high profile alternative rock groups Reuben, Laruso and Hundred Reasons.

Contested deletion

edit

This article should not be speedily deleted for lack of asserted importance because Freeze the Atlantic are an active and relevant band in the current UK rock scene and have been covered by other mainstream music publications such as NME, Rock Sound, XFM and Absolute Punk, but are also directly associated to other high profile alternative rock groups Reuben, Laruso and Hundred Reasons. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Punkkiddy (talkcontribs) 23:04, 22 June 2014 (UTC)Reply

The article was created with a speedy template from the first edit. That suggests it was copypasted from another article. In any case, any significant mention in the New Musical Express pretty much disqualifies it for speedy deletion. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 11:10, 23 June 2014 (UTC)Reply
