Karla Homolka edit

Karla Homolka has been added in the notable cases section - yet she was given a plea bargain. That's probably not really the 'lapse' in justice that is meant - otherwise we will have every case of a plea bargain being included. Thoughts? Malick78 (talk) 19:55, 28 September 2008 (UTC)Reply

Statistical inference edit

I terms of making errors, type one and type two errors are just the topic and of categorizing how we can be wrong in our inferences. In trials of people for crimes we can make either error and the language of statsitcical infeenvcne is specially apt. 02:00, 9 April 2011 (UTC)~
