Prison labor
editI think this article is not about the true importance of Coornhert and a little too much about trivial matters of family and well to do people. Coornhert fought for freedom of religion and decent prison treatment. His ideas about prisoner labor were revolutionary and changed the prison system in the Dutch republic and the world. He was was one of the great free thinkers of that period. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 83.160.139.195 (talk) 12:54, 11 January 2012 (UTC)
