United States - CBS

CBS began placing a their logo at the beginning each program and returning back from a commercial break for a seconds, beginning in September of 1993. Beginning in October of 1995, the size of the logo was slightly resized. Beginning in January of 1998 the logo aired permanently during each program. Meanwhile, NBC displayed their logo permanently beginning in 1997. Similar to CBS, they also displayed their logo at the top each of each program and out of commercial breaks.
