No, we do not, that is not correct, we only add disambiguators if more than one country has a ministry of the same name. Disambiguation in Wikipedia is the process of resolving the conflicts that arise when a single term is ambiguous. In this case, there is no ambiguity since there are no other countries that have a ministry of the same title, therefore a disambiguator is totally unnecessary. Examples: Department of Health (United Kingdom) and Department of Energy and Climate Change. Snappy (talk) 19:08, 28 August 2011 (UTC)Reply
