Describe the symbols
- There should probably be a description of the symbols used in the figure. "ACTG" are the nucletide bases of DNA. The lower case "p" placed between the bases represents the phosphate group that links the nucleotides. I inserted the p because I wanted to make it clear that the sticky fragments are not held together by the same forces that hold together the DNA strands.
- Could I suggest that you/we drop the "p"s? I see why you've included them, but it makes it harder to understand, I think. Also, the base-pairs don't line up anyway, in the fourth figure. Loris 17:24, 26 July 2005 (UTC)
