The result of the move request was: page moved to Paris Cemetery. Vegaswikian (talk) 06:42, 13 December 2011 (UTC)
Bourbon County Confederate Monument → Paris Cemetery (Paris, Kentucky) – Current article titled "Bourbon County Confederate Monument" contains info on that NRHP-listed monument within the Paris Cemetery, and also info on NRHP-listed "Paris Cemetery Gatehouse". Paris Cemetery Gatehouse redirects to the article. It seems better to have one article about the cemetery, with sections on each of those items within it, plus additional info about the cemetery from sources like a tourism page and Find-a-grave. Notice about the past DYK on Bourbon County Confederate Monument can still be retained on this Talk page. --doncram 11:46, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- Support move, makes sense to organize it that way. --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 14:51, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- Support move to plain Paris Cemetery. There's no other article or disambiguation page by that name, so we don't need to disambiguate it. Otherwise, I agree with the reorganization plan. Dohn joe (talk) 20:29, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- I would oppose a move to the non-disambiged title, because there are a fair number of cemeteries in Paris that this could be confused with. --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 20:54, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- Theoretically, sure. But practically speaking, that title is redlinked and doesn't point anywhere. Why not have it point to a place that actually uses that name (the only one currently on Wikipedia)? If not here, then what would you do with Paris Cemetery? Dohn joe (talk) 21:07, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- Point it at List of cemeteries in France#Paris, and reorganize the list so Paris had its own subsection. --SarekOfVulcan (talk) 21:24, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
- That's probably a fine idea, especially for Paris cemetery. But what about Paris Cemetery with a capital "C"? How likely is it that someone typing in the uppercase version will be looking for a generic cemetery in France? Dohn joe (talk) 22:01, 6 December 2011 (UTC)

- Support move to Paris Cemetery. The reorganization makes sense (although Find-a-Grave is usually not considered a reliable source). Oppose unnecessary disambiguation of the title per WP:PRECISE - completely agree with Dohn joe's reasoning above. Station1 (talk) 23:56, 6 December 2011 (UTC)
