  • This article is terrific, and I'm struggling to think of much that I could suggest. The lede suggests that he was in office consecutively from 1900 to 1933, skipping over his 1905 defeat. It'd be good to have more specifics about the "several significant legislative changes" he carried in his second stint as a minister. It might be worth clarifying the bit about Denny in the 1933 split (for instance, that Denny was serving under Richards, not Hill, for most of the post-split government - it's a topic where so much that's been written by others is really sloppy so I'm a bit pedantic about it). (Also, it doesn't specifically state that Denny was expelled, relying on the reader to put two and two together.) But nothing that would warrant me putting this on hold. Thanks very much, he is a very interesting fellow. Lead dates fixed, Richards mentioned and expulsion explicitly covered. I will see what I can dig up on his legislative work. Cheers, Peacemaker67 (crack... thump) 06:59, 18 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
@The Drover's Wife: I have added a bit about the Advances for Homes Act 1910. I'll keep looking, as I want to take this to ACR soon, but are you happy with it as it is for GA? Peacemaker67 (crack... thump) 07:29, 21 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
Sure - have now passed it. Thanks again for this article - there's very few editors in this area who do in-depth work, so seeing great-quality articles written on figures like Denny makes me very happy. The Drover's Wife (talk) 07:43, 21 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
My pleasure. Was a nice break from WWII Balkan articles... Peacemaker67 (crack... thump) 08:23, 21 January 2015 (UTC)Reply
