Bergenfield Public SchoolsBergenfield Public School District – Both the common and official names of this school district are "Bergenfield Public School District". A diverse array of sources use this, including (but not limited to):

  1. NJ.com (1, 2)
  2. Northern Valley Press (1)
  3. The Daily Voice (1, image caption)
  4. New Jersey Department of Education (1)
  5. Twin-Boro News (1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, letter from superintendent, letter from the board of education, letter from a resident, editor's note, image caption, etc.)
  6. Leonia Life (1)
  7. Pascack Valley Community Life (1)
  8. The Central Jersey Home News (1)
  9. The Ridgewood News (1, 2)
  10. The Bergen Record (1)

Overall, the above sources indicate that "Bergenfield Public School District" appears to be the most common name used to refer to the district, both by residents and by both the local and regional media that cover the district's activities.

While I find it atypical that a school district should not be referred to by its official name (see here), another editor has contested this move on the basis of WP:COMMONNAME. I believe that there is no viable WP:COMMONNAME argument against this move, while the above suggests that the common name is indeed the move target. — Mikehawk10 (talk) 01:41, 9 November 2021 (UTC)— Relisting. —usernamekiran • sign the guestbook(talk) 09:32, 16 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
