WP:COMMONNAME Ben vs. Benjamin edit

- the player has confirmed he is 'Benjamin', not 'Ben', so the article should be Benjamin White (footballer) imho. GiantSnowman 06:50, 20 October 2021 (UTC)

Benjamin White (footballer) → Ben White (footballer) – As per WP:COMMONNAME, Benjamin White should be called Ben White. An overwhelming majority of sources refer to him as Ben White, and for that reason, the Wikipedia article should be known as such. Other examples include Maximilian Meyer and Charles Austin, who are known as Max and Charlie respectively. Paul Vaurie (talk) 00:39, 15 October 2022 (UTC)
