editI had a look for sources about the subject, but all that I could find were about one negative event in the subject's life, so I declined to add any. Unless better sources can be found this should be deleted per WP:BLP1E even if sources about that event (which is not mentioned in the article) are added. - It could be redirected to Association of Peasant Workers of the Carare... it was the group that won the award, not Mr. Gaitan as an individual. The rest of the article is OR or dependent on non-reliable sources. Richard3120 (talk) 20:33, 24 February 2019 (UTC)
