Taher Gurab District (Persian: بخش طاهرگوراب) is in Sowme'eh Sara County, Gilan province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Taher Gurab,[2] whose population at the 2016 National Census was 1,168 people in 396 households.[3]

History
editAfter the 2016 census, Taher Gurab Rural District was separated from the district in the formation of Taher Gurab District, which was divided into two rural districts, including the new Abatar Rural District.[2]
