District territory

edit

Under the 2022 districting plan, which will be used for the 2024, 2027 and 2030 federal elections,[2] the second district covers the central portion of the borough (alcaldía) of Gustavo A. Madero and the northern portion of the borough of Cuauhtémoc.[3][1]

Previous districting schemes

edit

Under the 2005 districting scheme, the district covered central and western portions of Gustavo A. Madero.[4]

Between 1996 and 2005, the district covered roughly the same area as in 2005, but was slightly smaller in size.[5]
