Rajgir Hockey Stadium is a hockey stadium in Rajgir, Bihar. It lies in Rajgir Sports Complex. The stadium is maintained by Sports and Youth Services (DSYS).

History

Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Deputy Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary and Minister Jayant Raj Kushwaha overseeing various construction works at Rajgir Sports Complex on 29 August 2024.

In 2018, it was announced by the Chief Minister of Bihar Nitish Kumar that an hockey stadium will be constructed at Rajgir in Bihar's Nalanda district.

The stadium is mainly used for field hockey and has synthetic turf which has been host to World Women's Asian Champions Trophy and been a training centre to most of the international hockey players of India.[2][3]
