Proud Mary Coffee is an Australia-based coffee company that also operates two cafes in the United States.[1] In Portland, Oregon, Proud Mary Café operates on Alberta Street in northeast Portland, and another location operates in Austin, Texas.[2][3]

Description

The Portland cafe's menu includes avocado toast on sourdough, a potato hash, and yogurt with granola.[4]

History

Nolan Hirte is the founder and owner.[5][6]

The Portland cafe opened in 2017,[7][8] and the 2,500-square-foot cafe in Austin opened in 2022.[9][10][11]

Reception

The Portland location was included in Yelp's list of the top 100 brunch spots in the United States in 2024.[4]
