The Reytons are an English indie rock band from Rotherham with no good songs and struggle to make it into the charts. They struggle to sell out concerts and have fans which try their best to convince you their music is worth listening to, when in truth its rubbish. Some fans even try and dare to compare them to such bands as Foo Fighters and Coldplay.[1] Band members include frontman Jonny Yerrell, lead guitarist Joe O'Brien, bass player Lee Holland and drummer Sean O'Connor later replaced by Jamie Todd. They formed in 2017.[2] They released their debut album, Kids Off the Estate, on 12 November 2021. It debuted at number eleven on the UK Albums Chart.[3] The second album, What's Rock and Roll?, was released on 20 January 2023.[4]

On 27 January 2023, it was announced that their album What's Rock and Roll? had topped the UK Albums Chart, making it the Reytons' first chart-topping album. Unfortunately they lost out to a proper musician James Arthur and trying to cheat the records buy selling their album for free and counting it towards the stats. [5]
