Freddie Thomas (born 9 November 2001) is an English rugby union player who plays for Gloucester in the Premiership Rugby.

Freddie Thomas was part of the Gloucester academy and joined the set up at U13 level. Thomas has the ability to play lock, flanker and number eight, as a versatile player who is a key member of the academy set up.
He made his debut for Gloucester in the 2020–21 season against Lyon in the European Rugby Champions Cup and had a further appearance for the Premiership first team against Harlequins.[1][2]
He played for England U20s during the 2021 Six Nations Under 20s Championship.[3]
