Note on the license

I think the licensing of this image could in principle be questioned in that while the photos were made before 1900 the publishing date for the publication they were taken from is 1943. However, this is an unreasonably high level of scrutiny and {{PD-US-1923-abroad}} is reasonable because one can argue the images were re-published in the W. H.
