This 1978 Aston Martin Vantage is my personal car. My wife and I are in the photo. It is an original "Fliptail" Vantage, and has a factory 6.3 Liter engine upgrade to 460 BHP. The Aston pictured is not a Vantage, it does not have a "V" in the chassis or engine number which denotes a Vantage. It is a Canadian specification V8 with Vantage style front and rear spoilers. I imported the car to the USA and repainted it in Royal Cherry and fit the driving lights and blanking plate in the radiator opening. The car was sold to New York where it had the engine enlarged to 6.3 liters, it was not done by the factory.
