This seems kind of strange. Iowa has better "scores" than Wisconsin, yet we have several times the number of wind plants they do. Wisconsin has a ton of hills and all around Lake Winnebago area are dozens of wind farms. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 66.168.78.80 (talk)
