Toys and other products images

Wouldn't an image like this be a derivative work? Or it is used under s non-copyright restriction? Mizunoryu 大熊猫❤小熊猫 (talk) 19:15, 8 July 2009 (UTC)

I've done a limited amount of research and it does appear that a toy is usually considered a work of art under copyright law, so this would indeed be a derivative work. I've therefore changed the image description to fair use. Rreagan007 (talk) 15:37, 19 July 2009 (UTC)
