These magnets constitute a chinese-make "Little Bee" toy. The toy is played by separating magnets with one hand 3-4 cm. apart and throwing them upwards. While in the air magnets perpetually hit against each other, creating a buzzing sound, hence the name. I personally own such a toy, purchased in Jerusalem, 2006.
