I notice that the imbecile who designed the lettering has used an imperial foot symbol (') instead of a proper apostrophe (’), probably lazily typed out with no knowledge of the extended character set available on a standard computer keyboard. Oh well, rant over – it’s a common mistake in wikipedia too.
