Following is the text of the email from the image creator permitting use of the image. I do not know Mr. Carter other than to have found the image via a google search, so approached him to request permission to use. I truncated his email and mine to prevent spambot email acquisition, otherwise the text is unaltered. If there is no concern with using this image, I will place it within the Magic Link article.
