I have added a tag, as above, but for it seems that this tag is locked/protected against 'vandalism'. I have also explained the whole situation and asked for help a number of times, and also added relevant comments on the Talk page of the article to which I'd please liek to add the image. However, if you still believe that its not legitimate then you are welcome to delete it. I have gone to a lot of trouble and effort and research to obtain the image and to create and save it and upload it here in this form, just to help improve the quality and standards of a Wikipedia article, in line with your own guidelines- but this effort seems to have been a waste of time, apparently. I added PD-self as you originally added and also added the source "From the TSI public archives/collection.". Hope that was what you meant.

Could you tell us where you got the photo? You have to be around 90 years old if you should be the original photographer. So I asume that you have the photo from somewhere else. --MGA73 (talk) 20:25, 10 December 2011 (UTC)

Dear User:MGA73, Thanks for your query. im sorry for the late reply, am busy with some project field work and not always available online! Yes, indeed, I have obtained the photo from a photo, in the private collection of late Shaukat Hayat Khan's niece, who lives in this area where i am working/researching. Since I am also working on an extended historical volume of the lady's family, she has allowed me full access and rights to her private collection and the scanned/production rights, which is my own work, at this time are with me and if need be, I am willing to provide formal documentation from the lady and her family to this effect. Nobody knows who the original photographer was, but since it is a formal studio portrait, taken in the Middle East during World War 2, c 1941-42, and presented to his very close relatives here by Shaukat Hayat Khan himself in a letter written from there, it is their property to dispose of as they please. I believe therefore that I have not misrepresented anything in claiming ownership for this photograph in its present form, as shared with the Wiki community.
