Should this be shown?

Should a picture that isn't the least bit typical be shown on Buenos Aires's page? I mean, if this is a once every century type event, why is it being displayed as if it is typical? I think it distorts people's perception of Buenos Aires. If it is to be shown, then I think the caption should say that this was the first time in nearly one hundred years or something to that effect. Deus Caritas Est (talk) 04:10, 28 February 2009 (UTC)
