The author and therefore the copyright holder is probable not the Federation of American Scientists, but Fraunhofer FHR (formerly FGAN) as it looks suspiciously similar to every other image that falls out of the TIRA. The image caption ("Range-doppler radar image of the Soviet space station Salyut 7 with attached Cosmos 1686 module about 16 hrs before reentry on February 7, 1991") on the FAS website, where the image was taken from, is also consistent with this hypothesis. --193.175.69.12 (talk) 14:32, 20 September 2017 (UTC)
