i don't think the use of the plural ia appropriate. the expression is 'man the rail'.rails are what trains run on. a warship has a rail. Toyokuni3 (talk) 16:14, 25 May 2009 (UTC)
Sunglasses edit

The Sailor in the back is in violation of United States Navy Uniform Regulations Chapter 2 which states that sunglasses are not authorized in formation. Since it is not the focus of the picture, it's probably fine, but if we can find a similar quality image of the same subject matter, without the uniform violation, that would be better
