Purpose of use

NFCC does not state that non-free files should only be used “for visual identification of the person in question, at the top of his/her biographical article”. This phrasing is automatically used in the upload wizard for a type of NFUR, which was not strictly applicable. Therefore amended purpose of use. Graemp (talk) 17:24, 19 July 2015 (UTC)
