Is this actually Nintendo's 1889 HQ? I dug up the source of this claim/image (https://web.archive.org/web/20180123215728/https://meiji150.kyoto/feature/haiko-nintendo-origin/) and, while it seems an authoritative source, it does not list the source of the image. The scarcity of images from the Meiji period, the low quality of the ones we do have, and presence of "Marufuku" (which as far as I am aware was not added until the late 1940s/early 1950s) makes me suspect of the 1889 date on this image.
